ALL University of Wyoming students qualify for a free library card! Apply online and then stop by the Laramie branch located at 310 S 8th St, Laramie, WY 82070 and show your university photo ID and housing contract. If you already are a resident of Wyoming (but outside of Albany County), you can also access through the Wyoming State Library system!
